We ship free to all 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. Every US order ships from one of our 6 warehouses across the USA, so there are no customs fees or import duties.

Please open one box first, so you can try a piece before opening the rest. Change-of-mind returns have a 15% restocking fee on the items returned, plus USD$107 return shipping per box.

We want your Nimbus Cloud to arrive in perfect condition. If you notice any damage, a defect or missing parts, just send us your order number and a few photos at contact@nesustudio.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll make it right with replacement parts or covers, a full replacement, or a refund, at no cost to you. Please give your sofa a quick check when it arrives so we can help you as fast as possible.

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it within 5–7 business days and email you once it's approved. Refunds go back to your original payment method, minus any return costs that apply. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to show the refund.

Not at all! The Nimbus Cloud was designed to make setup simple and fast. Every order comes with step-by-step instruction manuals for each piece by email, and you can also find every guide on our Assembly Instructions page.

Only the Allen key included in the box. You'll use it to tighten the MODUBite™ clips that connect your pieces. The legs screw in by hand, and the Hidden Storage Ottoman needs no tools at all.

Yes! Every cover unzips and can go straight in the washing machine. For everyday washing, we recommend a cold or warm cycle with a fabric-safe detergent, as it's the best way to keep our fabric blends looking their best. For heavier stains or a deeper clean, a hot cycle is completely fine too.

For small stains, you can spot clean with a mild fabric cleaner. For bigger messes, simply unzip the covers and put them in the wash to bring your couch back to looking fresh. The fabrics are made to handle everyday life, from pets and kids to movie night spills, so your Nimbus Cloud is easy to keep clean.

That's completely normal. The cushions arrive vacuum-sealed, so they need some time to take in air. Once you open them, they expand and fluff up within 48 to 72 hours, giving you that super comfy feel you see in the photos. With a little occasional fluffing, they'll stay cozy and supportive for years.
