What to Expect When Your Sofa Arrives

Your Nimbus Cloud is on its way. Here's what the first day looks like.

One piece, one package

Each piece arrives in its own package, so they're easier to carry through doors, halls and stairwells than one big sofa.

Unbox and check

Open each package with care, avoiding sharp blades near the fabric. Give every piece a quick check when it arrives. If anything looks damaged, take a few photos and contact us within 48 hours.

Give the cushions time to breathe

The cushions are vacuum sealed for shipping, so they'll look flat at first. That's completely normal. Once they're out of the packaging, they take in air and fluff up beautifully within 24 to 48 hours.

Connect the pieces

Line up your pieces and connect them with the link buckles. Everything locks together into one solid sofa. The ottoman is the exception: it's meant to move freely.
